Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2) Mix the yoghurt, eggs and buttermilk together in a large bowl.
3) Add the biltong and grated cheese and mix well.
4) Add the seeds and mix well.
5) Add the coconut flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
6) Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes (you will notice the mixture will thicken).
7) Spoon the mixture into a greased/lined muffin tin.
Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown
